Comprising entrance hall, light and airy spacious lounge/dining area with full width patio doors leading into the garden with small patio and garden furniture, sofa's and chair, coffee tables, flat screen tv, Wi-fi, fitted fireplace with inset electric fire and dining table and chairs. 

Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and small fridge/freezer.

Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer. 

Separate shower room with toilet and wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Thermostatically controlled Gas C.H. system.

Parking available on the premises.  Use of communal garden.

Towels are not included. Please bring your own or you can hire a set (bath and hand towel) for £3.00 a set.

Terms Per Apartment Weekly

Prices are based on Friday to Friday.

Bookings are from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Please inform us if arrival is expected after 5.00 p.m.

We are unable to accept children under the age of 10.

Strictly non smoking.
